So, Wednesday I took a day off and headed out to Manhattan for the day. One of the things on the agenda was to find wedding shoes. We went to Saks Fifth Avenue and I didn't find anything I like. It looks as though my shoe search is going to take a little more work than I anticipated. Anywho, the photos from this post were all taken with my iphone...so excuse the quality. Weekend Wear: The Best Vest Ever

I feel like I have been away from blogging for soooo long! I have to do better, really!!!! My schedule has been pretty hectic these past few months but I will do better going forward. Anywho, I have declared this vest the best vest ever in life! I get so much use out of this vest....I just love the versatility of it. Well, this is what I wore to run many errands this past weekend. Corporate Chic: Multi-Colored Blouse

Greetings to All !!!

I thrifted this blouse for dirt cheap about a year ago. I sort of forgot about it until I did some Spring cleaning this past weekend. So, I made it my business to wear it today! I really enjoy this blouse because of it's vintage vibe and for it's versatility. I can see myself rocking it as I did today, or styling it with some skinny jeans and a fab heel or even some wide leg slacks with a top bun and a fabulous pair of hoops or statement earrings. Oh and I must say my hard work in the gym and eating right is starting to pay off..I'm down in pounds and I've noticed my clothes are fitting a little looser :-) Now...20 more pounds to go and my goal will be reached!!!! I see the light at the end of the tunnel.....

Hoping everyone had an enjoyable weekend and will have a great week, as well. This weekend I had a couple of house guests come down for the day and we had a good time. I finally had the opportunity to see Think Like A Man....very funny! I loved the movie so much that the boo and I are going to see it again this week. Casual Wear: Dark Star

Greetings My fellow blogger friends!!!

This is what I wore out with the hubby tonight. I really am starting to love my Jeffrey Campbell shoes! This look is a little dark and edgy but I tried to brighten it up a little with my lip and clutch. It was chilly and rainy today, so I pulled out this nice slouchy/roomy sweater. I thrifted this sweater sometime ago and glad I finally had an opportunity to wear it.  :-) Hope you enjoy. XOXO
